The Anatomical and Mini versions of the Leaf Self Expander® expand the versatility of the original design, offering a reduced-size body for improved adaptability in fixed appliances. Designed to expand the transverse dimension of the upper arch or to distalize molars, these self-activating expanders use nickel-titanium leaf springs to apply continuous, gentle force—ideal for cases requiring limited expansion without patient compliance. Available in analog and digital-ready models.

Treatment & Care

These expanders arrive pre-activated and ready for insertion into fixed appliances. After cementation, they deliver 600g of continuous force to achieve a 6 mm or 9 mm expansion depending on the model selected. Their compact body makes them an excellent choice for anatomical constraints or when working in tight spaces.
