Mike Wright is the CEO of ODL Orthodontic Lab. A lab technician by trade before he led the company, he moved ODL to one of the industry’s first 3D-printed production workflows and helped grow the lab tenfold since his family took it over in 2017.

Tom Wright is VP of Sales & Marketing and a partner at ODL Orthodontic Lab. One of three fifth-generation family owners, he leads how ODL brings its appliances to orthodontists and hosts the lab’s clinical webinars and podcast, including the MARPE sessions with Dr. Claudia Pinter.

TJ Wright is ODL’s Clinical Sales Director. He grew up in orthodontics, was an ODL patient as a child, worked his way from orthodontic assistant to treatment coordinator in a six-location practice, and now collaborates directly with doctors to turn their treatment plans into custom appliances that fit.

Dana Reimers is Director of Customer Success at ODL Orthodontic Lab. She built ODL’s customer success operation around the Unreasonable Hospitality methodology, with one simple standard: we don’t stop until the customer is happy.

Dr. Claudia Pinter is an orthodontist based in Vienna, Austria, and a co-founder of DOMEzero. ODL is the primary manufacturer for the DOMEzero protocol, and Dr. Pinter is one of ODL’s clinical advisers.

Dr. Neil Warshawsky is the creator and patent holder of ODL’s Casper appliance. He is a board-certified orthodontist and an academic at the Craniofacial Center, University of Illinois, and he practices at Get It Straight Orthodontics in Chicago.

Dr. Sean Carlson is a board-certified orthodontist and the founder of Simple Orthodontics in Larkspur, California. Internationally recognized for airway-focused orthodontics, he is a trusted ODL provider and uses ODL for his fixed and expansion appliances.

Dr. Jonathan “Jono” Gluck is a board-certified orthodontist at Gluck Orthodontics in Nashville, Tennessee. A trusted ODL provider, he uses ODL for the fixed appliances his practice relies on.

Dr. Nicole Wax is a board-trained orthodontic specialist and the founder of Dr. Wax Orthodontics in Michigan. A trusted ODL provider, she uses ODL for her fixed and expansion appliances.
