Fixed Lingual Retainers

Fixed lingual retainers are orthodontic devices bonded to the inner (lingual) surfaces of the teeth, designed to prevent unwanted tooth movement and maintain the alignment achieved after orthodontic treatment. These retainers are discreet and offer long-term stability, particularly for the anterior teeth.

Lingual Bonded Retainer w Custom Pads and Transfer Tray

Our lingual retainers come in a variety of wire options. We offer a .0175 braided twist wire, a titanium rectangular wire, or a braided chain. The wire is meticulously placed on the top 1/3 of the anterior teeth, and composite pads are added acting as a custom base.  The appliance is outfitted with a template tray for precise fitment and ease of installation.
