1. Set up your account
Call or email us to set up your Vivid and EasyRx accounts to enable STL file transfers
2. Submit your case
Design and submit your case to Vivid through the user-friendly EasyRx portal.
3. Casefile and prescription review
Vivid will take a look at your case file and prescription to see if it’s a fit.
If your case is within Vivid guidelines, we’ll create an interactive digital rendering of the tooth movement and provide your practice with a virtual setup notification for approval.
Following the doctor’s approval, Vivid will manufacture the case and ship it directly to your practice on the date needed.
