Frequently Asked Questions
Is there a digital setup fee for À La Carte aligners?
Yes—only À La Carte aligners carry a $99 digital setup fee. Package cases are flat‑priced.
Do you have a limited‑movement aligner option?
Yes—SmileSprint is built for targeted cases, up to 7 U/L aligners. We do allow for resets on single retainer cases, but if those movements exceed .2mm that case then must turn into an aligner case with a setup fee. Reset cases are charged per tooth moved.
Can I order retainers in multi‑sets (and which materials)?
Yes! Our default for all retainers is Zendura® A, but we also carry a limited amount of biocryl 1.5mm and 2mm for bruxism, as well as invisacryl C. Retainers can be ordered in sets of 1, 2, 3, or 4 per arch. Bleaching trays are also available.
How is shipping billed? Can I batch cases in one box?
Shipping is a flat $17 per shipment—ODL will try to include multiple patient cases in the same box for that one fee, but sometimes they are split due to patient appointment dates.
