Palatal Expansion

The Leaf Spring Activated Expander from Leone is an evolution in design from the spring-loaded expander, designed with the technical and scientific collaboration of Dr. Claudio Lanteri and Mr. Filippo Francolini.

The Rapid Palatal Expander (RPE) is used in phase I treatment to widen the arch, available with 7 or 11 mm screws, and can be customized with a 3D-printed metal framework for optimal fit.

The Compact RPE is a low profile expander. With its compact body, it provides excellent stability and increased patient comfort.

The RPE with Facemask Hooks is a bonded expander designed for Class III correction, featuring a durable .036 framework, laser-welded debonding arms, and integrated facemask hooks for effective treatment.
